Project Description: The work to be performed consists of repairs necessitated by the 2020 earthquake as well as structural stabilization of the Mansion. This project includes dry core reinforcing of the exterior masonry walls, tying the floors and roof structurally into the exterior wall, structurally reinforcing the building foundation, repouring the basement concrete slab, reinstalling the masonry chimneys, installing a new roof, pointing and repairing the exterior masonry, repairing the cracks in the interior walls and ceiling, interior painting, installing new sewer line.
