CLOSING DATE: 13 June 2025

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking potential contractors to provide manufacturing engineering, Metrology, precision machining, fabrication, grinding, and other miscellaneous services to be performed on a variety of materials, including high­-yield carbon steel plates and pre-cut shapes and products.

The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 – Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing.

A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this sources sought to assist contractors in understanding NSWCCD’s weld repair requirements.

A Solicitation date has not yet been determined. Responses to this sources sought will be used by NSWCCD as market research and for acquisition planning purposes only. If a Solicitation is issued, it will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) https://sam.gov. All interested parties should respond to the Solicitation separately from this announcement. It is the responsibility of the interested offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

RESPONSES ARE DUE via e-mail to arnel.a.ngo.civ@us.navy.mil by 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 13 June, 2025. The page limit is 10 pages; however, laboratory reports and certification documents do not count towards the 10 page limitation. Responses shall include the following:
