This solicitation is for the fabrication of two (2) Tie Bolt (TB) Disposal Boxes for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA.
All containers must be fabricated in accordance with the specifications provided in Attachments A and B.
This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set‑Aside and will result in a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) award.
To submit a complete and responsive quote, vendors must provide:

Completed RFQ Form (Attachment: RFQ N4215826QE035)

Completed Capability Statement (see attachments)

Vendor’s Quote, including technical specifications, drawings, blueprints, or equivalent documentation demonstrating the proposed fabrication approach
The Government will evaluate quotes using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
Important Note: Quotes must be all‑inclusive, covering fabrication, shipping, and any associated costs. No additional charges will be accepted after award.
