Fabrication and Delivery of an Air Quality Monitoring Equipment Shelter

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District to procure the fabrication and delivery of one (1) air quality monitoring equipment shelter for the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District (District).

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified equipment shelter manufacturers to fabricate, deliver and arrange for the placement of a new air quality monitoring equipment shelter to a designated site in Ukiah, California, in accordance with the specifications set forth herein. This procurement is funded by EPA Inflation Reduction Act Grant No. 60105(a)-(b) and is issued as a Formal Procurement pursuant to Mendocino County Purchasing, Leasing, and Contracting Policy No. 1 (Resolution #25-199) and 2 C.F.R. Part 200.

Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal:  one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “MCAQMD RFP No. 2026-01”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. September 15, 2026 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the District’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
