DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
FAB-T ESS Modification Repair Project.
APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS
This solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in
appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR
52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions.
Contractors are required to send over a signed NDA in order to receive the SON. Contractors must
also have a NIST rating registered in SPRS. Please see attached documents for assistance in
registering.
QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
A site visit will be scheduled for 10th September 2025 at 02:00 PM CST. All prospective offerers
that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass request to A1C
Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than 08th September 2025 at 10:00 AM
CST. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed.
