  • Description: 55 CONS is procuring 6 HEMP filters for the 55th SCS in support of the new SATCOM Facility at Offutt AFB. The Government intends to purchase the following items:

  • (3 ea.) Power line filter cabinet LMF-4527 30A

  • (3 ea.) Power line filter cabinet LMF-4528 100A

  • The intended source of purchase is ETS Lindgren as the only source available under RFO 12.102(a) as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on or before 30 September 2026. AFNWC configuration control board has approved ETS LindGren power filters for fielding with FAB-T towers and shelters as port of the configuration baseline and no other power filter is compatible.
