The purpose of this posting is as follows:
1. Extend the due date for proposals to March 7, 2024 at 2:00PM EST.
2. Provide answers to questions submitted in relation to Wage Determinations, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Site Specific Information and Area Pricing Bid Models.
3. Provide Updated Section J-1 Attachment, J-2 Attachments, J-3 Attachments, Section L and Section L-2 Bid Model Pricing Attachments.
All documents related to the informaiton above can be found in the attached zip file titled "SIR No. 693KA7-23-R-00003 Amendment 0001".
A susbsequent amendment will be issued to address remaining questions and provide additonal updates to the SIR.

This Screening Information Request (SIR) is for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Contract Tower Program (FCT).
Through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Tower (FCT) Program, the Federal Aviation Administration acquires support mission critical and time sensitive air traffic control activities at approximately 264 Visual Flight Rules (VFR) airports throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Saipan. The FAA has a seven-year requirement, on a competitive contract basis, to provide air traffic control (ATC) services. There are ten (10) Areas, with Area Sub-Area 2-TEME and Sub-Area 2 TETL, being set Aside for Small Businesses. Furthermore, Sub-Area-2–TETL is set-aside for a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
