THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.
Mod 01: This is to add a flyer attachment to this notice with anticipated tasks, RFP release date, and anticipated contract type. All information provided is anticipation only and subject to change. Please see attachment "WATER_WERRC Flyer".

Mod 02: EPA will be hosting a pre-solicitation industry day. Information regarding this pre-solicitation industry day will be shared no later than June 20, 2025.

AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS NOW ANTICIPATED IN JUNE/JULY 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON SOLICTATION NUMBER "68HE0925R0016". THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR ALL EPA REGIONS. EPA WILL SOLICIT RESERVING THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD IDIQ OR A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. IF MULTIPLE AWARD, TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION.

EPA HAS ATTACHED THE MOST UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THIS NOTICE LABELED "WERRC SOW_5.30.2025". EPA IS NOT REQUESTING ANY RESPONSES TO THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
