ADDENDUM #1
This addendum contains clarifications and/or changes to the requirements of the contract and/or proposal
specifications. Such clarifications/changes shall be incorporated into the contract/proposal documents
and shall apply with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original documents.
Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the contract or any portion of the proposal
documents, the remainder of the paragraph affected shall remain in force.
The White Plains City School District has modified bid, F2026-75 ROOF MAINTENANCE
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT, in the following manner:
All bidders are hereby notified that a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total
bid price is now required.
The Bid Bond shall:
* Be submitted with the bid proposal
* Be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the applicable jurisdiction
* Be made payable to White Plains Board of Education
* Failure to include the required Bid Bond may result in rejection of the bid as non-
responsive.
Please include this signed page with the bid response documentation to indicate that you have received
and agree with this addendum.
