The government is procuring a comprehensive, turn-key Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system for a secure F-35 operations briefing room. The primary goal is to create a high-fidelity training and collaboration environment by integrating new and existing equipment. The core of the project involves installing a sophisticated AV matrix switcher that can securely manage and display content from seven distinct,
separate networks of varying classification levels (including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS). The solution requires strict network and signal isolation to meet security standards.
Key deliverables include:
An integrated AV/VTC system controlled by a Crestron touch panel.
Installation of a multi-camera system, new ceiling microphones, and equipment racks.
Integration with existing government-owned projectors, computers, and a VTC codec.
All associated labor, programming, testing, and personnel training to ensure the system is fully operational.
