Solicitation Summary

The purpose of this project is to dewater an old mine in the Barton Coal seam and install a new wet mine seal to replace the failing wet mine seal that currently exists. The project will also include improvements to the existing Mill Run doser and installation of treatment cells. Drainage ditches shall be constructed to safely carry the water through (and around) the treatment system and protect the existing doser from sheet flow behind the existing building.
