A. 16 April 2025. The purpose of this posting is to provide a synopsis/presolicitation notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204/5.207. See "Databus Upgrade Presolicitation Notice" attachment for details. Note: The referenced draft SOO and SRD in the synopsis are secure attachments and a controlled document access request will need to be submitted by interested vendors through SAM to obtain access to the documents. Approval to access the documents is contingent upon verification of a current and active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification/DD 2345 for the applicable cage code of the company requesting access. Information on the JCP program can be found at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP.

B. 13 May 2025. The purpose of this posting is to provide an answer to a question received in response to the presolicitation notice. See attached "Databus_Presolicitation_Questions_and_Answers_13May25.pdf" file.
