The Oregon State Office of the Bureau of Land Management – Portland, OR has a requirement for the Vale District Office, located at 102 Warehouse Oregon Street – Vale, OR 97915 USA.
The Vale District Office has a requirement to have a vendor provide "ESR North Broadcast Seeding Services" within Baker and Malheur County Oregon. This procurement is anticipated to be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115310 “Support Activities for Forestry”. The size standard is $11.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price. The Request for Quotation No. 140L4325Q0104, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted to SAM.gov on or about July 25th, 2025. These dates are subject to change.
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
