General Intention: The intention of this purchase order is to obtain janitorial, custodial, and maintenance services for Devils Gate Recreation Site by means of a firm fixed-price contract.

General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the cleaning and maintenance of recreation area sites in accordance with this performance work statement.

Work Location: The work is located in Natrona County, Wyoming approximately 12 miles east northeast of Muddy Gap, Wyoming. The work site is shown on the attached Work and Project Location Map.

1 double toilet units
4 single garbage can units
1 policing grounds

Period of Performance:
Base Year: 08/01/2025 - 07/31/2026
Option Year 1: 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027
Option Year 2: 08/01/2027 - 07/31/2028
Option Year 3: 08/01/2028 - 07/31/2029
Option Year 4: 08/01/2029 - 07/31/2030
