Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of installation of an earthen levee, removal, realignment, and reconstruction of F Avenue NW, 3rd Street NW and 1st Street NW, Roundabout construction at F Avenue NW and 3rd Street NW intersection, water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements. Located at F Avenue NW from 1st Street NW to 4th Street NW. 3rd Street NW between E Avenue NW and F Avenue NW. 1st Street NW from E Avenue NW to I Avenue NW. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $6,990,000.
Early Start Date: Overall - Upon Approval of Bonds and Insurance
Stage 1 - Upon NTP Stage 2 - Completion of Stage 1A Stage 3 - Upon completion of new temporary roadway with traffic shifted off of E Avenue NW. Stage 4A - Stage 4B - Upon completion of settlement of Stage 2. Stage 5 - Upon completion and opening of Stage 4.
