One delivery is required at VSTJ Pendergrass, GA beginning 90 days after award. This acquisition will be solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. Oral quotations will be requested at the same time of this announcement. The closing date for oral quotations is March 31, 2025.

The Defense Appropriations and Authorization Acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as “The Berry Amendment”) impose restrictions on the DOD’s acquisition of foreign products and services.
