External Organization - Painting Services, Elmsdale Fire Department

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Elmsdale Fire & Emergency Services Association (“EFESA”) to painting contractors to submit proposals to supply painting services (“the Services”), as further described in Section 3, Services Description.

Work includes, but is not limited to, the painting of the exterior and interior of the Training Facility located at the Elmsdale Fire Hall location.
