Summary

This solicitation outlines the need(s) of performing an audit of financial statements and related notes to
the financial statements of the Regional Transportation District for the fiscal years ending 2025, 2026
and 2027 including for the purpose of expressing an opinion thereon in accordance with auditing
standards generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAS) and the standards applicable
to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of
the United States and for submission of the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate
program.
