Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Allentown, PA, by virtue of its contract with the United States of America, acting through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is hereby requesting bids for the Allentown Housing Authority
Attention is called to all respondents that all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for federally assisted contracts must be complied with. A pre-bid meeting will be held Monday February 23rd, 2026, 11:00AM prevailing time, at 1339 W. Allen Street, Allentown, PA 18102. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Site visits will start at the conclusion of a brief introduction.
Interested Firms are requested to respond by proposal submission (satisfying the requirements of this Invitation) on or before Monday March 16th, 2026, 11:00AM prevailing time. Bids shall only be submitted electronically via The PennBid Program at www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Questions may be submitted in writing via the “Clarifications” feature on Pennbid on or before Thursday March 5th, 2026. Responses will be provided to all bidders no later than Friday March 6th, 2026 on The PennBid Program at www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
The Allentown Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty (60) days.
