Exterior remodeling of three Early Childhood Centers: Meadows Parkway, Central School Road, and Hackmann Road

The Francis Howell School District is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the exterior remodeling of three Early Childhood Centers: Meadows Parkway, Central School Road, and Hackmann Road. Scope of work includes: removal and replacement of vinyl siding, installation of water-resistant house wrap, fascia capping, guttering replacement, and site maintenance. Proposals should include pricing options for each site individually and as a total project. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST at Meadows Parkway, followed by visits to Central School Road and Hackmann Road.
