Base Bid Description: This project includes trenching, saw-cutting, backfilling, and landscape repair to install new conduit for site pole lighting. It also covers installing wiring for pole lighting and receptacles, as well as modifying the existing Lutron lighting control system to support the new fixtures. Controls will include manual on/off and dimming (raise/lower) overrides located in Building #1.
Contract time: 70 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $320.00 per calendar day PWP # CC-2026-449 Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. |
