Exterior Painting Buildings D & E - Main Campus

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Athens Technical College (ATC) to establish a one-time service with one qualified supplier, for exterior painting of buildings D & E - main campus (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Athens Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier for exterior painting of buildings D & E.  The location will be at the Athens Campus located at 800 US Highway 29 North, Athens, GA 30601. Please review the eRFQ instruction document and the bid specification within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project.

MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Athens Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Athens Campus on March 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
