Exterior Masonry Repairs at Galesburg City Hall

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed cost proposals for the various exterior masonry repairs at Galesburg City Hall located at 55 W Tompkins St, Galesburg, IL. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, March 25, 2026, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401. Proposal documents are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent or on the city website at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The submission of a proposal by the offeror in response to this Advertisement for Proposals constitutes an acknowledgement of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570). Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. The right is reserved to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the goals of the project and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered.
