This project has been withdrawn from the July 21, 2026 letting. The advertisement has
been extended, and bids will be received and read on August 18, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
An addendum is forthcoming.
A new bid form will be made available on Bid Express (bidx.com) under the August 18,
2026 letting.
If you have registered for the Interested Parties List, NCDOT will move that registration
from July 21, 2026 to August 18, 2026. Please verify before August 17, 2026, that you
are still registered. If you have not registered, registration must be completed on or
before August 17, 2026, for your bid to be accepted and read.
