1. Project Summary:
Rehabilitation of a 63-unit class A building, including seismic, commercial and residential accessibility upgrades per CBC chapter 11B.
2. Scope of Work:
Seismic retrofit, commercial ADA upgrades, new roof, windows, façade repointing, electrical service upgrade, new fire alarm system, and 20 units’ renovations.
3. LBE Goal:
20%
4. Bid Rating Bonus:
10%
