Details
PRC (formerly Positive Resource Center), established in San Francisco, is a nonprofit organization committed to providing residential, health and wellbeing services for their clients. PRC is currently requesting qualifications from licensed contractors to provide construction contracting services for the work specified in the MOH-3 RFQ, in the bid package found here:

The general scope of the project includes plumbing work, roofing repairs, HVAC system upgrade, and targeted repairs to address leaks and water damage throughout the building. Additionally, the renovation will include the creation of a new teaching kitchen and repairs to the dining room to better serve residents, as well as the modernization of the elevator and replacement of the lift to ensure full accessibility.
