1.        5th and Howard Associates, L.P. (“Sponsor”) is issuing the following RFP for General Contractor services for constructing a commercial space in San Francisco, CA.
921 Howard Commercial Space Buildout includes one 1976 SF ground floor commercial space, separated by a single demising wall, in a 203-unit residential building.
2.        The scope of work includes the buildout of two offices, one conference room, kitchenette, within one commercial space separated by a demising wall.

4.        A 10% ratings bonus shall be applied to a general contractor where the general contractor is an LBE.
