EXT MOH | CARECEN  1117 Market St. Rehab

Central American Resource Center of North America (CARECEN) will undertake a comprehensive renovation project to enhance its facilities with conference rooms, upgrade accessible restrooms, new office and food preparation casework.  The project will be completed with a design-build approach for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure compliance with Green Code and Title 24 requirements.
All necessary labor, materials and permits are required under the supervision of a licensed contractor.  Work will meet all standards set by the Department of Building Inspection and design parameters set by the architect. The bid package includes an RFQ; a selection will be made of qualified Contractors who will then receive an RFP to submit proposals for this project.
