Details
The City and County of San Francisco’s Office of Resilience and Capital Planning seeks proposals from qualified firms to support the City in developing a Financing Guidance Document for Concrete and Rigid-wall-flexible-diaphragm building seismic retrofits.
In particular, the City is looking to partner with a firm or joint venture to conduct a risk and economic benefits analysis, a study of existing financing strategies, and a policy analysis. These three project components will be summarized into a guidance document that will help building owners understand their options for financing seismic retrofits and will help policymakers understand potential programmatic and policy interventions that can make seismic retrofits more feasible.
