Expression of Interest for 2025 TAP Grant

In accordance with the Local Design Services Agreement - Consultant Selection Procedure, the Town of Bedford (“Town”) is requesting an Expression of Interest for assistance with a potential 2025 TAP project.

The Town is seeking to retain a transportation engineering firm with relevant experience to assist in preparing one or more grant applications for the construction and eventual continuation of an existing off-road multi-use pathway connecting the hamlets of Bedford Hills and Katonah. Work may include obtaining project data and performing any other investigations, developing programmed project costs, preliminary evaluation of right-of-way needs, scheduling of project implementation, preparing funding application and any other information pertinent to improving chances for funding under the TAP.
