The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the “Authority” or the “JTA”) hereby requests Sealed Proposals for P-25-009, Express Select Services.

Background

The JTA is seeking a qualified candidate for a completely turn-key operation of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority's Express Select services and the Contractor is responsible for all facets of providing the service. The Express Select services offers commuters an executive-style, affordable ride from three Northeast Florida counties (Clay, Nassau, and St Johns) to the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center at LaVilla (JRTC) in downtown Jacksonville.
