The United States Air Force (USAF) has a requirement to establish a requirements-type contract to purchase commercial 20 and 32 foot Skyjack scissor lifts (part numbers SJ3220E and SJ6826, respectively) and 45, 60, and 80 foot JLG boom lifts (part numbers 450AJ, 600AJ, and 800AJ, respectively) modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) specifications, as well as additional chargers and spare batteries. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, warranties, and shipping costs necessary to deliver lifts. The Contractor shall provide all Explosion Proof Lifts to support: Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC).

Please see the SF 1449 titled "Soliciation - FA857125R0012" and the four (4) supplemental attachments. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the soliciation instructions.
Questions and Government responses will be incorporated to this posting via a Q&A attachment. The Government requests that all questions be submitted NLT 18 July 2025, 2:00 PM EST to afford time to review and respond. The Contracting Officer will determine if any responses or potential delays may require an extension to the due date for proposals prior to the closing of this request for proposal.
