The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide venue, event production, and program services for the District’s Seasonal Expanded Learning Camps, including Spring, Summer, and Winter programs, in support of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP).
Background
The Palm Springs Unified School District is located in the western part of the Coachella Valley. The District serves the City of Palm Springs as well as the communities of Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and Thousand Palms.
The Palm Springs Unified School District has an enrollment of 20,000+ students. Today the District services 6 communities through 28 schools and several administrative offices.
