Solicitation Summary
This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to replace one heat pump in the Exhibit Building, bldg. 25, 10135 Mackall Road, the secure exhibit room at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the Contractor will submit
--Product literature.
--Bid/Proposal Affidavit.
--Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
--Licenses or certifications.
--Company's certificates of insurance.
--Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
JPPM will regard any bids from Contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the due date.

Additional Instructions
Offerors must submit a bid to the e-mail listed below and be received no later than 3:00 pm on April 23, 2026 . Any bids received after this time and date will not be accepted.
