Acquire one complete 10-foot by 30-foot modular trade-show exhibit for United States Air Force Band outreach and recruiting activities. The acquisition includes project management, design, engineering, a collapsible aluminum or equivalent lightweight metal structure, replaceable SEG or equivalent fabric graphics, a centrally positioned digital display system comparable to a commercial 75-inch-class display, custom reception furniture with lockable storage and integrated lighting, cable management, durable shipping crates/cases, full staging and acceptance testing, training, documentation, warranty support, and delivery to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling or another designated National Capital Region location. The anticipated sustainment life is at least seven years, with follow-on needs potentially limited to graphics refreshes, standard digital display replacement or maintenance, and exhibit reconfiguration.
