The United States Coast Guard is looking for qualified sources to conduct cleaning and inspection of exhaust systems onboard the Coast Guard Cutter PATOKA in New Orleans, LA. Various exhaust systems consist of the following: Port and starboard Main Diesel Engine (MDE) exhaust piping system, port and starboard Ship Service Diesel Generators (SSDGs) exhaust piping systems, and Barge and Tender Boiler Exhaust stack uptakes. See attached Statement of Work (SOW, attached) and provided SFLC Standard Specifications and Drawings for a comprehensive list of requirment. NOTE, this requirement will have specific Quality Assurance and inspection points throughout the requirement. All inspections will be conducted with an appointed USCG representative. All attached drawings and standard specifications are applicable.
A site visit is encouraged.
Vendors are required to be registered and current in sam.gov with a UEI.
Federal Acquisition Regulations Clauses and Wage Rates are included and applicable.
Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on attached Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449) if you will be submitting a quote.
All applicable paperwork is attached to this solicitation.
The requirement will be awarded to lowest price.
