Solicitation Summary
The Springfield Hospital Center is seeking the services of a vendor to clean the range hood, exhaust vents, exhaust fans, and all the filters, as well as the ceiling tiles around the perimeter of the Hood System to the Ceiling Vents in the Food Services Building three (3) times per year and in the Spring Rock Café one to two (1-2) times per year.

Additional Instructions
THIS SOLICITATION SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMALL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS DESCRIBED IN COMAR 21.05.07 AND WILL NOT BE AWARDED FOR OVER $50,000.
This solicitation has been designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR); only registered SBRs may respond. Vendors cannot be awarded the contract if not designated an SBR.
