The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Human Resources (“HR”), requests proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of executive talent acquisition services.
The City needs assistance identifying, recruiting, and recommending top-tier candidates for executive-level positions. The selected firm must find candidates who demonstrate the experience, leadership skills, and commitment to public service that are necessary for service in critical executive roles. The City seeks a recruitment partner with a strong track record of government or public-sector placements, a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a collaborative approach to candidate engagement and stakeholder communication.
To ensure the City explores a wide talent pool, the City looks to external firms to assist HR with conducting a national search for executive-level positions.
