Executive Search Services, RFQ 618791

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from qualified Executive Search firms interested in assisting the Human Resources (HR) Director of Loudoun County, or designee, in the recruitment of executive positions, various mid to high level management positions, and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions for the County on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee as to the number of recruitments to be issued under the resulting Contract.

The County reserves the right to award more than one (1) contract. The County intends to award a contract to a firm or firms that have the ability to review and enhance the County’s recruitment efforts, oversee nationwide searches, target qualified candidates, and assist with screening and interviewing candidates.

The number of contracts awarded will be dependent upon the quality and quantity of proposals received. In the event the County does award to multiple providers, assignments will be distributed based upon area of expertise, availability, and cost.
