The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish contract(s) with one or more qualified suppliers through competitive negotiations to provide Executive Search Consulting Services to search for and locate candidates for senior-level, executive-level, and highly specialized/skilled positions as well as lead and drive the hiring process of the most effective candidates for defined positions for the Commonwealth of Virginia.Any contract(s) that may result from this solicitation will be a mandatory-use term contract by the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM) and an optional-use term contract by other Commonwealth of Virginia executive branch agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively âAuthorized Usersâ) as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301. The contract(s) will assist with establishing job descriptions, search criteria, reviewing candidateâs qualifications, interviewing candidates and making further and related recruitment and hiring recommendations for the designated Commonwealth personnel. The contract(s) shall be established and managed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services (DGS), Division of Purchases and Supplies (DPS).
