PGW IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT OF THE CITY'S INFRASTRUCTURE, PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO MILLIONS OF RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP MUST BE WELL-PREPARED TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCIES AND POTENTIAL CRISES. THESE TABLETOP EXERCISES WILL ALLOW THE LEADERSHIP TEAM TO SIMULATE AND STRATEGIZE RESPONSES TO VARIOUS EMERGENCY SCENARIOS, TEST EXISTING PLANS AND PROCEDURES, AND IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
