Scope of Services
The selected supplier will enter into an exclusive contract to furnish high-quality athletic wear for
all high school campuses within the District, including any additional new high school. To be
considered for award, the supplier must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:
1. Brand Access
Provider must offer access to a single, nationally recognized athletic brand known for its
performance, durability, and strong reputation in interscholastic athletics. All SDOC High School
sports and athletic programs must be served exclusively by this provider to ensure consistency in
quality and branding across campuses. This requirement applies to, but is not limited to, the
following sports: women’s and men’s volleyball, cross country, football, wrestling, basketball,
soccer, tennis, baseball, softball, flag football, track and field, swimming, golf, and lacrosse; see
Attachment C – Proposal Price Sheet. SDOC reserves the right to procure products that are either
unavailable or not offered by the exclusive provider through alternative contractual agreements.
2. Sponsorship
Offer a clearly defined sponsorship, incentives, rewards, rebates, and discount structure
applicable to all high school campuses, including any additional new high schools. This structure
must ensure consistent product and color availability in alignment with the uniform details outline
in Attachment “H” – High Schools Uniform Guide.
3. Service
• Coordinating in-person meetings with athletic directors.
• Managing order placement and product selection.
• Ensuring timely delivery aligned with athletic schedules.
• Resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
4. Transition Period
There will be a transition period to convert to the Provider’s apparel and uniforms. School sites
shall replace uniforms only as they reach the end of their functional life, not an automatic annual
