Exclusive Ambulance Service Bid

The City of Malvern, Arkansas, is hereby soliciting sealed proposals to operate an exclusive emergency and non-emergency ground ambulance service within the City limits.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications which may be obtained during normal business hours from the address below or downloaded below

Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the RFP specifications. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in the proposals, and to cancel or postpone the proposal opening date as deemed in the best interest of the City.
