Excess Information Technology Equipment

The City of Warrensburg has the following Information Technology equipment available for bid as a single lot.

Approximately 84 Desktop Computers consisting of various quantities of the following models.

o Dell Optiplex:  5070, 3060, 7070, 5050, 5040, 5060, 7020, 7010, 3050

o Dell Precision:  5810, 3620

Approximately 25 Laptop Computers consisting of various quantities of the following models.

o Dell Latitude:  5400, 3590, 3390, 5570, 5540, 1545, 5511, 3490, 7285,

o Dell XPS 13:  9350

Approximately 13 Laser Printers consisting of various quantities of the following models.

o LaserJet:  M225dw, M604, P4015n, M402dn, P2035n, 1536dnf, M476dn, Pro 200

Electronic bid proposals will be accepted via email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than July 27, 2026 until 10:00 a.m. The email subject line must read USED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT BID and the proposal must be attached to the email in a PDF file format only. No other file type or format will be accepted. The PDF file must include your name, address, phone number and bid amount.

Equipment must be paid for using cash or check. All items must be paid for and picked within five business days.

The equipment is sold as, where is, and the seller makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied in fact or in law of merchantability, fitness for any purpose, state of repair, or condition.  All hard drives have been removed from the PCs.
