The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Excel Substation Expansion 115kV Power Circuit Breaker until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on November 14, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. A public bid opening will not be held. Please review the complete Contract Documents and Specifications in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary:
The project is for a bid on our new Excel Substation Expansion for a PCB (power circuit breaker), 115kV Breaker.  The PCB will be installed and at the City of Fort Morgan, Excel Substation.  The substation address is 20031 County Road R, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Delivery of bids :
All sealed bids must be addressed to:
