The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Excel Substation Expansion 15kV Breakers until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on November 1, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. A public bid opening will not be held. Please review the complete Contract Documents and Specifications in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary:
The project is for a bid on material at our new Excel Substation Expansion.  This is for the 15kV Breakers ONLY.

Delivery of bids :
All sealed bids must be addressed to:
