The purpose of this solicitation is to select a respondent that can satisfy the State’s need for a trainer to conduct damage prevention training of excavators due to violations of Indiana 811 law, IC 8-1-26. It is the intent of the IURC to contract a respondent that provides quality training on behalf of the IURC at the lowest possible price.
