STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide general excavating and underground piping construction and repair services. These services may include labor, materials, rental equipment (with a maximum allowable markup of 15%), and other related work at various locations throughout the County. The County spent approximately $250,000 on these services last fiscal year.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Multiple awards may be issued based on the evaluation criteria and overall cost effectiveness.
Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
