The Department of Financial Services (Department), Office of Insurance Regulation, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing services to examine the affairs, transaction, accounts, records, and assets of authorized insurer, prepaid limited health service organization or discount plan organization and health maintenance organizations.

The solicitation will be administered through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (VIP). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITB.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
