EWP streambank stabilization project along N. Creek Road and Spook Hollow Road, Morgan County, Ohio
This project consists of restoring and stabilizing streambank along N. Creek Road and Spook Hollow Road, Morgan County, Ohio. Rock riprap and woven wire gabion baskets will be installed to stabilize and protect the streambank(s). All disturbed areas will be graded to provide positive drainage and seeded and mulched to provide permanent vegetative cover. If necessary, blockages will be removed to restore channel capacity.
***Per Clause 52.228-13 Alternative payment Protections, the contractor shall submit a form of payment protection after award***
The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business.
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 through $250,000.
A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated.
A site visit will be on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 10:00 am EST.
Attendees may meet at the first site, on N. Creek Road, 1.3 miles northwest of the Center Bend Road/Creek Road intersection. N. Creek Road is also known as Township Road 941 in Center Twp., Morgan County.
